i WAS greeted by very professional staff. The location is very accessible to dining places. My Bui took TIME explaining the package tours. Her colleagues were very helpful.

The staff had local knowledge. They shared it freely. This was acceptable.
I found a problem. the breakfast had little variety and many items were empty, they were not replaced. This was frustrating.

unmaintained treadmillinadequate soundproofing
i found a couple of issues that need addressing. first, the gym equipment was not well-kept. a treadmill was out of service for the duration of my stay (a total of 3 nights), and some of the weights were missing. second, the soundproofing in my superior double or twin room was inadequate, street noise disrupted my sleep on two nights.
